This is a message from Kevin Nash himself on the recall of his new Titan Brolly AS’s…
“It has come to my notice that we have a manufacturing issue with the first batch of Titan Brolly All Seasons that where sent out to our customers just before Christmas. This came to light after a customer rang us to say that the pegging points seemed to be too high to peg down properly, and that he was struggling to retain a grip in sandy soil.
“Immediately, I checked some of our stock and found that the covers had been cut 4-5cm too tightly, resulting in the pegging points being too high off the ground. This puts undue pressure on the pegs, and affects their potential to grip in soft terrain.
“While I am sure that this may not seem to be a problem for some of our customers, especially those fishing sticky/clay ground, it concerns me that these Titans do not follow my design benchmarks exactly, and therefore are not 100% perfect.
“Here at Nash, we pride ourselves on ensuring the highest standards of quality and therefore, I am asking anyone who has purchased a Titan Brolly AS to contact us, to arrange its return. I can then organise its replacement with a Titan Brolly AS that delivers the legendary performance that we have all come to expect.
“I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but I trust our customers will understand that I am making this recall to ensure that the Nash reputation for quality and honesty is maintained.”

Kevin Nash
