Toby's Blog - Recent Angling

I haven’t had a great deal of time to fish recently. This is mainly because I got massively put off after having several major threats on my previous low-stocked water from the spring and early summer, just for catching a few quickly at the start of my campaign! Anyway, I can’t see myself going back it was so serious! This really put the wind up me, not only myself but a close friend of mine too, hence I lost my enthusiasm for a little while. The nature of the majority of lakes I fish, I am angling for that one bite at a time, not big hits of carp, so the end tackle I cast out I want to be 100% confident in when I hook a fish. Everything has to be neat, tidy, inconspicuous and floorless. Read more …
