When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day subject to stock.??
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed are dealt with via Royal Mail 2nd class or our carrier, Citylink. For standard delivery please allow 2-3 working days for Royal Mail or 1 working day for Citylink. Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
What if the item I wish to order is out of stock?
If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by telephone or e-mail.??
What if my order doesn't arrive when expected?
