Proper Carp Baits Black Seal Range

Proper Carp Baits are here to stay, and with baits like Black Seal in the range, it’s not hard to see why

When serious big-fish men like Jon McAllister and Sean Leverett put their collective reputation on the line by setting up a bait business, you know that the products will be equally serious. Black Seal is one such boilie. A quick browse of the ingredients in this complex fishmeal bait will quickly put any doubts to rest, even for the most ardent bait man.
The first thing that you notice on cracking the bag open is the ever-so subtle blue-cheese-and-garlic note; a truly time-served big-fish combination. The browny-grey bait is built around that most magical of fishmeals, LT94, but also contains another pre-digested fishmeal, selected high-protein milk powders, fenugreek, wheat germ (to aid digestion) cheese and garlic powders and a special active ingredient.

As we all know, the nutritional load is delivered by the base mix, but the attraction (at least in the short-term) comes from the liquid package, and this particular blend is quite something to behold; think carefully chosen essential oils, blended with esters and oleoresins together with a water-soluble fish oil high in amino acids, and you’re on the right tracks.
Of course, the lads make everything that you might need to accompany the boilies (choose from freezer or shelfies) including paste, hardened hookbaits, dip, pop-ups (match-the-hatch or white) and wafters.
