Nutrabaits Corkie Wafters
With 30 years of research behind them, the new Corkie Wafters from Nutrabaits ought to be good, right?

Waaay back in 1986 two self-confessed bait geeks were set to change the way we thought about bait… forever. Tim Paisley and Bill Cottam founded an embryonic Nutrabaits, employing cutting-edge principles, focused chiefly on carp feeding triggers and nutrition. They dived headfirst into the hardest science going and emerged with a group of products that would revolutionise how boilies were made.

Fast-forward 30 years and Nutrabaits is still going strong, outlasting all of its contemporaries. Tim left the company to grow his publishing empire, but Bill steered the company to become one of the most prestigious names in the global bait game. They’re still developing new products to this day, and the latest release, Corkie Wafters, look like surefire winners…
The range has been developed to give us perfectly balanced wafters that match Nutrabaits best foodbaits – Trigga, Trigga Ice,

Trigga Pineapple & N-Butyric and Blue Oyster. Precise amounts of cork-dust granules are rolled into the base mix to give hookbaits that sink slowly under the weight of your rig. The result is a bait that moves as if unattached, just like a freebie! And better still: with every tub you’ll also find a free sample pack of Taska’s awesome Bait Screws! “GIMME”: £6.45 a tub; nutrabaits.net

The major bait issues of the future...
With the ever-increasing price of fishmeal, the retail price of boilies is only going to head in one direction – up. So in your mind what’s the ceiling price an angler will pay?
