Trakker’s Pureflo Bait Filter System turns your bucket into a full-fat bait-prep system!

You’ll never look at a bucket of bait in the same way again! The (frankly genius) Pureflo Bait Filter System from Trakker, transforms the humble bucket from simple bait container, to a sophisticated system that allows you to get the most from your bait. 1. Fits a Trakker 17ltr bucket

You know… the cool olive green ones? You’ll need to buy one separately, but the Pureflo slots snugly inside the bucket to keep rodents and suchlike at bay when you’re on the bank. Once sealed inside the bucket, you eliminate the chances of an annoying bait spillage in the boot, or barrow too!

2. Drainage slots

These are key! Coupled with the tiny feet on the base of the Pureflo which raise it off the bottom of the bucket, they allow the liquid to drain freely off your particles or boilies. So, when you lift, twist and stack the Pureflo, the bait is mess-free and ready to spod out without covering you, your bivvy, or any guests in slop! Also, the easy separation of the bait from its liquid allows you to store that goodness-packed liquid once you’ve used all your bait up.

3. It stacks

The clever design allows you to stack the Pureflo on top of your 17-litre bucket, which does two things. First, it allows the liquid to drain off easily into the bucket, and second, it lifts the bait up towards you, meaning that you don’t have to keep bending down to refill the Spomb while putting it out. If you’re a taller angler, then slotting a second bucket underneath should put your bait within easy reach.

4. It’s not just for particles

Yes, it works particularly well with cooked particles, because of all that oily juice, but the Pureflo is also brilliant for preparing boilies too. Glug ’em to rehydrate, wash them out in lake water – be as creative as you want! The same principle applies as for particles though: you can simply lift your boilies out of the water, or liquid attractors, bait up with them, then drop ’em back in for more soaking! Here’s a neat tip: use the juice from cooked hemp to rehydrate air-dried boilies for extra oily impact!

5. The Pureflo is freezable!

The way that the Pureflo is constructed allows it, and the 17-litre bucket, to be popped into the freezer so that any particles, boilies or liquids that you’ve got left at the end of the session aren’t wasted. Just make sure that you allow plenty of time for the bait to defrost before you head off for your next session!
