Elemental protection!
Want to stay warm and dry as you roam the banks this winter? Then say hello to the new Elements Jacket (there’s a bang tidy bib ‘n’ brace too) from Trakker…

Whether you’re hiking around Burghfield, just like Pecky who put this new combo suit through its paces, or just fishing out of the back of the van, this new technical coat/bib ‘n’ brace from Trakker will have your back this winter.

Now into their 30th year of making garments to beat your icy outings, Trakker has proven itself time and time again as a true hero of the outdoor, keeping swirling winds and sub-zero temperatures at bay, and this latest offering – the new Elements Jacket and matching Bib ‘n’ Brace – follows the same 30-years golden rule: it’s been designed and made for carp anglers, by carp anglers – a valuable factor and one that is apparent throughout the design features, making this their best suit yet.

True to Trakker form, the latest, high performance materials have been used throughout, starting with a 10,000mm waterproof/5,000mm breathable outer material – meaning you’ll stay dry on the inside without sweating like an Alabama trailer girl’s butt crack. To increase circulation and breathability further, Trakker have also included ‘zipped-pit-vents’ under the arms – the kind of feature you’ll generally find in extreme high-performance outdoor clothing. Add in the peaked adjustable hood, YKK zip with double Velcro storm flaps, high fleece-lined chin guard and increased back length and there’s no way any unwanted wind or rain is getting in, meaning your body heat is also retained.

Six external pockets are found at the front of the jacket, including two zipped, fleece-lined pockets to keep your hands snug as you watch the water and roam the banks. There’s also an internal chest pocket, perfect for keeping your keys or phone safe.

Sounds great, eh? Well things get that little bit better when you consider matching the jacket with the Elements Bib ‘n’ Brace. With reinforced knee and seat sections, as well as the same modern lightweight fill and high-performance materials used in the jacket, you can be assured of staying warm and dry from head to toe even in the harshest of conditions.
