Yep, the development team at Banana Rods have perfected a blank that can take the rigours of spodding and retain the necessary action to pull off marker float work too. Once you’ve used the rod to find your spot, slip off the float, loop on a Spomb and you can use the rod to bait up too!
What’s in the range?
Okay, so you’ve got a 12ft 4.75lb, which will be perfect for most of us, then a 13ft 5lb for those needing a bit more beef, and finally a 13ft 6lb test brute, for the guys who need to go looooong!
I’m quite particular about my rods, are there custom options?
That’s what Banana is all about, custom options. You can have the three versions made to match your fishing rods, customising the handle options, whippings, reel seats, rod rings etc. If you’re lucky enough to already have a set of Banana rods, then you’d be mad not to indulge yourself and get a matching Spodmarker X!

How do they perform?
