Crafty Catcher Munga Cloud

These days just an explosion of flavour isn’t enough - now you need colour, too, and thankfully Crafty Catcher have just the thing…

On uber busy (read: pressured) venues, it can be hard to carve out an edge for yourself. Fortunately that Suffolk-based bait maestro, Crafty Catcher, has another unique product on hand which could just give you that edge. It’s called Munga Cloud and it’s on-sale right now…

The Big Questions

Munga Cloud? What the hell is it?
Success aside (which has been incredible right across Europe), the actual product is a unique clouding agent which has been combined with natural tiger nut extract and hemp oil. The result of this combination have been so impressive that CC have set about extending the range, adding two new flavour combinations for the season ahead.

Sounds interesting… So what are the new ones?
This spring will see a total of three versions of the Munga Cloud: The Original, Oily Fish and Fermented Fruit. As we’ve just said, The Original consists of a sweet and nutty flavour, but what we forgot to mention is there’s even bits of crushed hemp and tiger nut amongst the liquid solution!

As the name suggests, Oily Fish has a potent, fishy aroma, and utilises a combination of fishmeal ingredients and feed-inducing fish oils that provide plenty of kick to the liquid. This is most definitely one for the summer months.

And finally we have Fermented Fruit which utilises the same tiger nut and hemp oil base of The Original, but it’s enhanced with a unique blend of fruit and berry extracts which provide a deliciously sweet aroma. But wait, there’s more! Within this variation, Crafty have boosted its pulling power by giving the mix an extra sweet helping of fermented liquid molasses, which, as any old school angler will tell you, is regarded as one of the all-time greats when it comes to a natural sweetener.

Munga Cloud £9.99

They sound - or should that be smell - great, but how do I use them?
In sooooo many ways! They can be used to douse any loose feed, to a straight glug, or pour into your sloppy spod mix. The clouding effect that plumes throughout your swim when used will mimic the effect of a freshly fed on area, whilst kicking up an almighty aroma for the fish to home in on. Just give your feed offerings a quick coating and then drop some in the margins to witness the clouding effect in action - as soon as you see it, you’ll realise how big an edge this stuff is!
