Customer Service Advisor
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and people skills and a positive attitude to deal with customer enquiries via telephone, email and instant chat. Engaging with customers while maintaining excellent levels of service and focus is crucial to our success.
Supporting processes and administration within the department is also a key part of the role.
Please note that this role involves weekend working.

Purchasing Assistant
Working in a busy purchasing office, you will be the first point of contact for our stores and key suppliers, and support processes and administration within the department. This is a great opportunity for an organised self-starter capable of working to tight deadlines.
Full-time: Monday-Friday.

Junior Content Writer
As Junior Content Writer, you’ll use your excellent way with words to write detailed product descriptions and profiles for the Angling Direct website and our catalogues. The role involves proofreading and editing content, so an eye for detail is key, as is knowledge of SEO.
Full-time: Monday-Friday.

Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a very creative individual to join our ever-growing in-house marketing team. Are you a Graphic Designer who’s driven by imagination? Who can convey ideas to an established team of designers and web developers? If so, this could be the role for you.
Full-time: Monday-Friday.

Warehouse Operators
Keeping our warehouse and stores fully stocked is no small task, matching supply and demand with the flow of stock and ensuring goods are received, stored and delivered on time and in excellent condition. If you thrive on working in an environment buzzing with activity and enjoy being part of a friendly, hard-working team, this is the job for you.

Warehouse Supervisor
As one of our Warehouse Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring productivity requirements, procedures and quality specifications are in accordance with company standards and meet increasing customer demand.
Various shifts available.

IT Support
You’ll be the first line of IT support for employees across the business. Alongside excellent communication skills, you’ll have a logical approach to problem solving and collaborative projects. With at least 12 months’ experience in a similar role or relevant IT qualifications, you’ll be working as part of dynamic team.
Full-time: Monday-Friday.

PHP Developer
This opportunity would suit an individual with a degree in computer science, software engineering or a similar computing discipline with an interest in object-oriented software programming and, ideally, knowledge of PHP. Knowledge or experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Linux, SQL, network protocols - TCP/IP, etc.
Full-time: Monday-Friday.

Stock Control Assistant
This role involves providing high-quality stock control support to Stock and Warehouse Managers and taking responsibility for the completion of a wide range of stock control duties.
Full-time: Monday-Friday.

E-commerce Product Listing Administrator
As part of our expanding in-house marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating, uploading and managing product listings across multiple online channels.
Full-time: Monday-Friday.
