Spotted Fin Smokey Jack

Looking for a bait that’s different to anything else on the market?

Ask any seasoned carp angler and they’ll tell you: the key to success isn’t the latest fancy rig; it’s all about good location and an outstanding bait. And even your location skills can be masked if your bait’s good enough! But one angler who excels in all three areas is Frank Warwick. One of the game’s most creative minds when it comes to rigs (think the original Chod Rig); a prolific carp-catcher across the globe (so his location is always on-key); and he’s definitely forgotten more about bait (he’s the guy you have to thank for the fluoro pop-up) then you or we will ever know! Thankfully, his latest collaboration with Spotted Fin means you can use his latest blockbuster: Smokey Jack.

Designed as an out-and-out powerhouse of a fishmeal, it’s base is skipjack tuna - a renowned winner. Along with the legendary LT94, Frank’s included other high-protein meals which help carp digest Smokey Jack easily, and the more they can eat, the more chances you’ll get over large beds of it! They’ve also used natural, smoked flavours that give the bait a different tone to everything else on the shop shelf.

In terms of options, Spotted Fin have your back - and then some. It’s available in both shelf-life and freezer form, in 15 and 20mm sizes. In quantities from as little as 1kg, right up to 50kg. There’s a tonne of additional products, such as Smokey Active Stick Mix, Smokey Food Dip, Pellets, and loads of fancy hookbaits, from rock-hard ones to wafters and pops.
