How To Make A Chilli & Cheese Omelette

Here’s one of CARPology’s favourite omelettes ever… the Chilli & Cheese Omelette! In fact, this might be our favourite bankside meal ever! Why? Because this recipe is so easy to make and it tastes so rad! Give it a go and let us know what you think by using the hashtag #OlogyFood on Insta and Twitter. 


What you need:
Eggs
Milk
Avocado
Chilli (pre-made or from a can)
Sour cream

1. Start by cracking three eggs into a bowl, followed by milk, salt and pepper before whisking them all together.

2. Take your RidgeMonkey Toaster, add some butter and heat it over a low to medium heat. Once the Toaster is warm, add the eggs and leave it for a few minutes before flipping.

3. Add the cheese first so it melts on one side. Now for the most important ingredient: the chilli. Spoon this on top of the cheese.

4. Now it’s time for the all-important foldover. Do that and then leave for another 30 seconds or so before removing it to a plate. Finish with some avocado and sour cream. DELISH!
