Get ready for enough hot chicken to stop a freight train! This is the ultimate hot bankside burger, which isn’t just easy to make - it’s uber taste. Here’s how you put together this eye-watering creation… 


What you need:
Chicken breast
Streaky bacon
Butter
Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
Blue cheese
Double cream
Salt/pepper
Brioche burger bum
Lettuce
Red onion

1. Butterfly your chicken breast, drizzle oil over, and then add salt and pepper. Fry it in a hot pan, and then add the rashers of bacon.

2. In a saucepan or using the divided-section side of your RidgeMonkey Toaster, heat the butter and Frank’s Sauce until it’s simmering, and then pour it over the bacon and chicken.

3. In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, double cream, sea and pepper, then mash it all up with a fork until the cheese breaks down into smooth lumps.

4. Now it’s time to build this beast! Start with a bun base and smear on your blue cheese sauce; then add the lettuce, your chicken breast, bacon and red onion. Add more blue cheese to finish before adding the top bun.
